First Steps is a community based childcare service based in Rowlagh,

recruiting an Early Years Educator (part time) and an AIM preschool
support worker to work with our team.
EARLY YEARS EDUCATOR:
The purpose of the position is to undertake the day to day
responsibility for the supervision of the children in First Steps
Early Education Centre. In addition, the post holder will ensure the
delivery of a high quality service by the staff team ensuring best
practice standards are maintained in the service.
This position reports directly to the Manager.
We currently have one temporary part time position available with
immediate start to cover a sick leave position. The hours are

Candidates must hold a minimum of Level 6 or equivalent and previous
experience working in a preschool environment is desirable.
AIM PRESCHOOL SUPPORT TEACHER:
The ACCESS AND INCLUSION MODEL (AIM) is a model of supports designed
to ensure that children with additional needs can access and fully
participate in the preschool environment and activities.
Candidates must have a minimum Level 5 qualification in Childcare and
previous experience working in a preschool and/or working with
children with additional needs is desirable.
This is a morning position from 9.**Apply on the website**am- **Apply

contract will run until July **Apply on the website**. AIM is funded
through Pobal and this position is for **Apply on the website** hours
